We recommend loading Korora from a USB stick!
Our recommended and supported method of loading Korora is via a USB stick (a DVD will be too slow and most likely fail). Of course you can also kick it off inside a virtual machine.
We highly recommend that you test the media on your first boot by selecting the Test this media and boot Korora option from the Troubleshooting menu. This will help to catch any problems due to corrupt download or write, before they happen.
